FREQUENT QUESTIONS
Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior designer is over $65,000 a year plus benefits and a community manager $60,000 (and you should have good luck finding one available). Additionally, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you’ll be stuck paying for time you can’t use. With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to make sure you pay your designer only when you have work available for them. (Only applies to individual services).
Once subscribed, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you wish and they will be delivered one by one.
On average, most applications are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex applications may take longer. However, we will never exceed 48 hours.
Most applications are designed with Adobe Illustrator.
Coko Design offers a lot of flexibility when it comes to requesting designs using Trello. Some common ways clients request designs are directly through Trello, sharing Google docs or outlines, or even recording a short Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs). Basically, if you can link or share in Trello, it’s fair game.
No problem! We will continue to review the design until you are 100% satisfied.
Absolutely. Coko Design does not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, motion graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, wireframes and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).
That’s okay. You can pause your subscription when it’s over and come back when you have additional design needs. You don’t need to waste the rest of your subscription (Only applies to individual services).
